• A new tenant, Carolina Weekly Newspaper Group, executed new five year lease for 2,400 s.f.
• DPI – Existing tenant for over 10 years, now affiliated with AlphaGraphics, moved to new space and executed five year renewal.
• Collins Research – An existing tenant for over 15 years, executed a 7 year renewal and expansion from 5,400 sf to 7,400 sf. Due to increased business contracts, new commercial taste kitchens were required and determined their need for a newly expanded and renovated space.
