Sale of Self Storage Facility – Raleigh, NC

Raleigh Storage, LLC, an affiliate of Waters Investments Inc., announced the sale of Millbrook Mini Storage located at 5212 Old Wake Forest Road in Raleigh.  The Seller was represented by Sam Young of Waters Young Commercial Properties, Inc., and the Buyer was represented by Lampe Management Company.

Waters Convenience Stores, LLC, an affiliate of Waters Investments, Inc. announces the sale of a Sam’s Mart Convenience Store at the intersection of Old Dowd Rd. and Billy Graham Parkway in Charlotte.  They buyer is an affiliate of the tenant.  The principals represented themselves in the transaction.

Waters Management, LLC, (K. Martin Waters III), K. Martin Waters, Jr, and Brian Pittman, et. al. have sold land across from Eastland Mall on Central Avenue - Charlotte, North Carolina. The buyer is the City of Charlotte, and the purpose will be to build a new fire station. The principals represented themselves in this transaction.

Marietta, GA and 5500 Spalding Drive NE Norcross, GA. The Buyer is a local convenience store operator. These sites were part of a ten store package acquired in conjunction with Sam's Mart's acquistion of 50 Shell Oil locations.

Land Sale
Parklane Centre Associates has sold 8.23 acres on Parklane Rd. in Columbia, SC to the Richland County Recreation Commission to relocate the Parks and Recreation headquarters. Ervin Ott with Re/Max Metro Associates represented the Buyer and Marty Waters of Waters Inc. represented the Seller. Parklane Centre Associates is a Waters sponsered general partnership.

Waters Investments along with another investor is pleased to announce the sale of 22.3 acres of land at the intersection of Belhaven Blvd. and Highway 16 in Charlotte, NC. Clint Frank of Prime Source Properties represented the Buyer and Waters Incorporated represented the Sellers.
