Wendy’s – Indian Land, SC

Waters Convenience Stores, LLC, along with and existing client, purchased a Wendy’s Restaurant located at 7659 Charlotte Hwy (521) in Indian Land, SC.  The restaurant is included in the Carolina Commons development anchored by Harris Teeter and is adjacent to the entrance to the Carolina Lakes retirement community.  J-Red, LLC was the seller and was represented by Rob Hord of R.E.D. Partners.  Sam Young of Waters Young Commercial Properties, inc. represented the buyers.

Bank of America – Charlotte, NC

Waters Convenience Stores, LLC, an affiliate of Waters Investments Inc. has purchased as outparcel at 13000 S. Tryon in front of the Harris Teeter anchored Steelecroft Shopping Center. The outparcel is ground leased to Bank of America for a to be built bank branch. Steve Horvath of Berkley Capital represented the Seller and Sam Young of WatersYoung Commercial Properties, Inc., an affiliate of Waters Inc., represented the Buyer.

Bank of America – Charlotte, NC

Waters Convenience Stores, LLC, an affiliate of Waters Investments Inc. has purchased as outparcel in the Blakeney Crossing Shopping Center on Audrey Kell Road. The outparcel is ground leased to Bank of America who has recently opened a branch at that site. Steve Horvath of Berkley Capital represented the Seller and Sam Young of WatersYoung Commercial Properties, Inc., an affiliate of Waters Inc., represented the Buyer.

Goodyear Tire Store – Fort Mill, SC

Waters Convenience Stores, LLC, along with an existing client, purchased a newly-developed Goodyear retail store located at 9798 Charlotte Highway (521) in Fort Mill, SC.  The 7,400 sq. ft. facility opened July 1st.  McNeel Properties, LLC was the Seller.  The Buyers were represented by Sam Young of Waters Young Commercial Properties, Inc., an affiliate of Waters Incorporated.

Waters Investments, Inc purchased land on Dave Lyle Blvd. in Rock Hill, SC which included ground leases with Taco Bell and Wachovia [ATM]. Sam Young of the affiliate Waters Young Commercial Properties, Inc. repesented the Buyer and Collett & Associates represented the Seller.
